For a while now, Rachael and I have been on a little diet. We count calories haha. At first it sounds tedious and dumb, but it's working! It was weigh in day three days ago and I already lost a total of 13 pounds on just watching my diet alone! I no longer have soda or sugary drinks, make sure to have a balanced meal with proteins, carbs, and good fats, and haven't even touched fast food since the years start. The weather's been pretty crappy so I can't get back into my tennis routines and whatnot so I'm waiting on that. I just started taking vitamins everyday for a little metabolism boost! Feels good man.
